Review contemporary news sources to find a recent event (within the last year) highlighting the behavior chosen: Here is one event to bring into the discussion: The article from NBC New York provides more details about the incident and its aftermath. According to the report, Adriana Kuch was attacked by a group of students in the hallway of Central Regional High School on February 1, 2023. The attack was recorded on video and posted on social media, which Adriana's father, Michael Kuch, believes led to her suicide two days later. The superintendent of the Central Regional School District, Triantafillos Parlapanides, resigned amid the controversy surrounding the school's handling of the bullying incident. Michael Kuch accused the school district of mishandling the situation, claiming that the students involved in the attack received only a few days of suspension. In response to the tragedy, the Kuch family announced their intention to sue the school district for negligence.
