2 CHAPTER 2 1) 3. Level A tests are tests that can be administered, scored, and analyzed by non- psychologists who have attentively read the manual for the test and are familiar with the testing standards. Level B tests calls for technical knowledge of test development. The use and required coursework is well advanced in psychology and the courses that may also pertain to psychology such as statistics, counseling, etc. Level C tests require a progressive psychology degree, or even a licensed psychologist. Advanced training and experience is required in this test. 2) 4. A moral model is an individual preferred decision. This decision will compensate the action/inaction that is linear with the individual’s morals. Decisions that do not hold any justification and are not expected for a favor or waiting for the occurrence of said events or even to possible get rid of an error can be referred to as a moral model. Corey’s model is an eight step decision making model. The objective of Corey’s model is to be able to identify a problem. You begin by analyzing the major problem then breaking that down into smaller factors. Thus, you begin to solve them accordingly to drive down to a possible answer while also being able to factor in the risk and non-risk factors. This model is deemed to be one of the most reliable models for problem-solving. 3) 5. Cognitive development is associated with how a person develops intellectually. Cognitive development is also about the mental capacity to being able to understand. Moral ethics development can be referred to Kohlberg. This is a 3 level description of moral reasoning. The 3 levels would be preconventional, conventional, and postconventional. 4) 6. Some of the major legal issues pertained to confidentiality, so respecting one’s privacy.
