Module Four Question 1 Mark believes that people who create apps restricting or changing interaction with social media might be interested in his research. Think about the research you've collected so far. What are some potential applications for your research? In other words, what are some ways that your research could be used? Some potential applications for my research would be for end-of-life care and for grief counselling services. By having an understanding of cultural differences and attitudes towards death, counselors and end-of-life care practitioners would be more equip in helping those struggling with the thought of death, or with the loss of a loved one. Module Four Question 2 On the previous page, you identified possible applications of your research. Research whether anyone has investigated or created those applications. Note your findings here. I have found that AMA Journal of Ethics published an article titled "Recommendations for Culturally Competent End-of-Life Care" by Ronald Keith Barrett. He went on in this article to say that many scholars would agree that in most scenarios where patients and caregivers are from the same cultural background, their relationship tends to be stronger due to the natural rapport that is built on common ground. Module Four Question 3 After reviewing your initial list of questions, are there any that you have yet to answer by searching credible sites and gathering C.R.A.P.P.O. approved sources along the way? Make a note of those questions here, as well as your plan for answering them. A question in which I have not answered from my short responses in Module Two is "Are humans the only creatures that are aware of death?" I believe the best way to be able to answer this question would be to look up to see if other animals partake in any "customs" before dying. For example, to see if other animals can tell they are dying and see if they do anything out of the ordinary before. Module Four Question 4 1. Edit the response to give your answer (YES or NO), and then briefly explain why.
YES, because... the article gives critical information about social media impacts on people's social groups. Module Four Question 5 2. Edit the response to give your answer (YES or NO), and then briefly explain why. NO, because... the article stated that they found no correlation between narcissism and selfie- posting in women, but they did with men. Due to the inconclusive findings, I would not use this article, if the testing was redone and a definite correlation, or miscorrelation, was found, then I would find that more relevant. Module Four Question 6 Write a research question for Mark. Please note, there is no one correct answer. Do social media habits affect overall wellbeing?
