I really think these graphs show a lot on where they are lacking in terms of lab result times. A lot needs to be done in multiple areas. To be able to meet the standards or even go above them. Especially at night or on the weekends. Part Two: Critique this interview. What was done well? What was not done so well? I personally think the interview was alright. It was great they spoke with the night lab phlebotomist, but he should have also pulled in his supervisor and even other shifts than just nights. I think often times night shift is really slimmed down

because they don’t really think anything happens on night shift. Also they are always the first ones to lose manning when issues arise. They should have had way more interviews than just this one guy. It can lead to massive problems when they bring all these complaints that he is lacking without his supervisor present. Where is the team in the problem-solving process? They are currently trying to figure out what they can do better and wonder if more people on night shift would be beneficial and maybe seeing if they can change processes to better fit night shift.
