12-Year-Old Kid Book Report

The book I'm going to do a report on is called ¨Gang Tackle¨. The author is Eric Howling. He also wrote ¨Plunge, Head Hunter, Redzone Rivals, Hoop Magic, Kayak Combat, and Drive.¨ The book was published on August 30, 2017. It has 162 pages. The genre of the book is fiction.

Is being a teenager really worth it; all the stress, problems, and judgements that come with it? Society, family, and friends telling you this and that, is sometimes too much too handle. In the book, Teenagers Preparing for the Real World by Chad Foster, teenagers are given tips to deal with the stress of being a teenager. The author prepares and tells teenagers how to deal with the “real world.”

Upon first reading “St. Lucy’s Home for Girls Raised by Wolves,” it might seem like an imaginative fantasy and nothing else. The story focuses on the daughters of a pack of werewolves, and it takes place in a world where the werewolves and their daughters are nothing out of the ordinary. But upon closer examination, this is a story rooted in reality. This inventive tale parallels several real world phenomena. Karen Russell uses allegory in “St. Lucy’s Home for Girls Raised by Wolves” to objectify western society’s views of people outside of that society and of outsiders in general, and compare them to the views that people have of wild animals.

I would strongly people who love mythical creatures, horror movies or books, and most importantly everyone. Everything was perfect, I would rate this book a ten out of ten. People suggested to me that I should definitely ready the whole entire series. I think that this series are much better than Goosebumps , this series is better but Goosebumps are much popular. I read Jonathan Rand’s books for about the whole school year. He really is a great person and a great author in this world. There is a one in ten that there is a mistake in his books because in Haunting in New Hampshire. There was a spelling mistake where there was a “w” in the word. I would read his books forever, he is that of a great author. If anyone could get a hand on his books, you are in a joyride. This is what I typed, and I am out for this

The protagonist in the book is a kid named Jeremy. Jeremy is boy who discovered that werewolves are real with his five friends. Jeremy is curious, quiet, cares for others, and brave. This story takes place in Madison, Wisconsin in a small neighborhood. First the book starts out with them playing hide and seek in the forest near the first block. Later in the book they go home. Next, Walker is zapped back in time with his new acquaintance, Tag. Then, Gray Wolf, the antagonist in this book, attempts to convince people that Walker, the protagonist, is a witch who caused the plague currently endangering his people. Finally, Walker learns that Lone Eagle, the currently dying chief, is his father. He then becomes chief of the tribe since he is the next in line. The central conflict of this book is that Lone Eagle, the chief, is dying which will leave his people without a leader in a time of chaos.

A Bear Named Trouble, by Marion Dane Bauer, was published in 2005. It contains 116 pages and is a realistic fiction novel.

Every individual faces obstacles that are necessary to overcome, whether it be for equity, justice or honesty. Throughout The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, by Mark Haddon, the main character, Christopher tells his story as a socially awkward teenage boy who has a supposedly deceased mother and lives with his father. Being an adolescent, Christopher faces obstacles throughout the novel that he has to overcome in order to grow. The only thing is, Christopher is not like everyone else. While discovering the truth and embarking on certain adventures, Christopher is in search of a form of justice that he truly deserves.

In the book, Skellig Michael faces a lot of changes for a ten-year-old kid. He moves into an old house the previous owner died in the house, the toilet was in the living room and everything is just mess up. His baby sister was sick, could this get worst? He met a creature and befriend him the creature is called Skellig, he is like an angel-human body with the wing.

This book, truly stimulating and electrifying, takes place in the mysterious and little town of Wolf Hollow. The centre of attention and the main attraction in this book is indeed the main character Cameron Weaver. A few other subjects of attention include Cameron's Mother and her Lover boy! Aka C.B., or cowboy boots to Cameron, but really Ken! Although these three persona's are the principal figures in the book, there must always be a bad guy, and that guy is Cameron's, supposed to be forgotten, yet always in mind, father. Cameron and his clingy Mother are always on the run from the horrific situation. Although, one thing is for sure, Cameron is not to call or be in contact with his father. This well-written and thought out alternate world fantasy is excellent for young readers and adults alike. The development of each characters is carefully considered, each contributing their unique abilities and personalities. The villains are creepy without being overwhelmingly frightening.
