2017 Corporate Tuition Assistance Program

Educational assistance is offered to employees of Emerging Markets as a benefit to help them attain educational goals. Tuition Assistance is available to full time employees who have completed their 90-day introductory or seniority period prior to requesting pre-approval for classes. This benefit covers 100% of all qualifying tuition, tests, fees, books, and other required expenses up to the employee 's tuition assistance limit. All Tuition Assistance will be repaid by the employee, should the approved class be dropped, or should a passing grade not be achieved.

There are three types of tuition assistance.

1. Pre-pay Direct: Payment is made directly to school for tuition and expenses by Emerging Markets, on behalf of the employee. Arrangements are made by the employee between Emerging Markets and their chosen school. If an employee is using the prepay option and they do not meet the grade requirements or drop the class at any time during the semester, then repayment of funds to Emerging Markets will be required.

2. Tuition Advance: Pre-payment directly to the employee for tuition and expenses by Emerging Markets. If an employee is using the Tuition Advance option and they do not meet the grade requirements or drop the class at any time during the semester, then repayment of funds to Emerging Markets will be required.
