Angel, Yes, that would be fine. Be sure that when you reach 270 Murray to just walk right in. 270 Murray is the T.A. office which is host to 6 of us. Plus, I tend to get deeply involved in my work, and so I may not hear you knock. Once inside, just locate the seating chart and then follow it if I fail to realize your presence. Best, Jeremy Watkins

Long call: I didn’t mark the call for transfer expectation per I felt the client had already provided the assigned team member’s (William’s) extension when requesting to speak to Marilyn. It wasn’t necessary to provide the information as I felt it would have disturb the natural flow of the call. Additionally , she fulfilled the client’s request as it relates to what she foreshadowed before the transfer. I think the explanation of the OOO process was fulfilled when Erika informs the client she will reach out to Marilyn which is covering for William or someone from their team per she returned from hold with someone from their team. I think she did a good job of owning the call by deviating from regular protocol as this allowed for a natural
Andrew greets the client in a polite and a professional tone. great job offering the client empathy for any trouble she had getting the message of the information needed.
I do not understand how can someone see people be treated the way patients at Willow brook were treated and no do anything about it. Patients at Willow brook were suffering. Seen their families talk about what they went thru made me very sad. I do not blame the parents for taking their sons/daughter to this facility. They did what they thought was right. They probably never imagined that this was going to happen. They took their children there thinking they were going to get help and get the right treatment. Thankfully some of them were taken from their families just in time, before something worst happen. The students and their parents, they were all victims of the inhumane way they were treated at Willow brook.
Many of the problems that Carl has found concerning the new employee orientation could have been avoided. Carl is a recently hired employee himself. He should have kept up with the progress of the new employee orientation and checked on the files for the applicants. ABC, Inc. should also have made sure that their new employee was capable of doing his job efficiently. If Carl had stayed on top of his project, the problems that he faced would not have occurred.
I did not let anyone know my intentions of this visit except the person I interviewed, Caren Gaskins, who is the Administrative Assistant at the
The AGREED FINAL JUDGEMENT (See EXHIBIT B) is VOID as a matter of Law. Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.540(b) provides in pertinent part: On motion and upon such terms as are just, the court may relieve a party or a party’s legal representative from a final judgment, decree, order, or proceeding for the following reasons:… (1) mistake, inadvertence, surprise, or excusable neglect; (2) newly discovered evidence which by due diligence could not have been discovered in time to move for a new trial or rehearing (3) fraud (whether heretofore denominated intrinsic or extrinsic), misrepresentation, or other misconduct of an adverse party; (4) that the judgment or decree is void; This rule does not limit the power of a court to entertain an independent

I would suggest to my friend to get support from a cognitive behavioral therapist. CBT would the best fit for this friend because, this type of therapy focuses on both the behavior and thought processes regarding and influencing this behavior. CBT is also supported through research to be the most effective treatment for depression. The biggest factor for choosing CBT as a recommendation is that my friend is having suicidal thoughts, and with CBT those would get addressed immediately before starting a treatment plan. The treatment would not actually start until the therapist would know that she would be safe from harm. The treatment plan may involve her changing her cognitive processes thus changing her maladaptive behaviors. Along with changing

Representative Dorothy Pelanda, who introduced Ohio HB 216, stated “our current laws restrict APNs from helping patients to the full extent of their education, training and certification" (The Ohio House of Representatives, 2015). When OH HB 216 was brought to the forefront more then 40 percent of states had less restrictive laws. According to the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses (OAAPN), Ohio is the only state with a complex drug formulary. Forty-five states have no similar formulary rules like Ohio’s.
With the assistance of various techniques, the author of “The Scarlett Letter” Nathaniel Hawthorne, is able to successfully introduce and characterize several characters. In chapter 4 “The Interview”, Hawthorne is able to properly characterize both Roger Chillingworth and Hester Prynne. Throughout the duration of the scene the reader gains vital information and better understanding of the characters through Hawthorne’s use of point of view, dialogue, syntax and imagery. With the incorporation of the third person omnipotent point of view, Hawthorne allows the audience to characterize Hester and Prynne by providing details on the thoughts of the characters. The narrator in the third person point of view, opens up the chapter with a statement
Because of the dependence on cotton, social life developed differently in the South between 1830 and 1860 as compared to other regions during that time (Schultz, 2010). Cotton attributed to almost half of the nation’s exports. Therefore, plantations were plentiful in the south, whereas the north developed large cities. Southern white society consisted of yeoman farmers, rich planters, and a small group of laborers who nearly all were proponents of slavery because it kept their profit margins high (Schultz, 2010). Southern black society faced forced labor and the fear of abuse.
Yes, I do believe as Americans, we should organize for reproductive justice rather than just settling on abortion rights, birth control and reproductive rights. The reason I believe we should just settle for reproductive justice because, it’s helpful for women who have suffered greatly. It is dangerous for us if we don’t let women think for themselves. For example, women who don’t receive a good quality of education will never be able to have a bright future for themselves and their children.
