C.I. A healthy lifestyle must be practiced because it promises you good health, strong heart and good stamina and also a high quality of life.

We have strength to train and to help build the muscle that supports the bones and joints; therefore decreasing the risk of falls and fractures.

(II) Eating right and physical activity can improve our appearance. It contributes to social benefits such as reduced depression, increased self-confidence, improved self-image and reduced anxiety. In fact, it also relieves from your troubles and provides a sense of happiness and well being, you’ll be able to do our work or daily routines effectively and efficiently. With a healthy lifestyle, we have more control of our life as we work with our body against those aspects of living which may work to hold us back if we would let them.

(III) With a healthy lifestyle, we have control over our sleep patterns so that we feel generally well rested throughout the day. With a healthy lifestyle, everything works together to help other aspects of our lifestyle make sense and benefit us.

Now that I had revealed the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle there 's no doubt that health is so important to people in order to feel happy and satisfied about yourself.
I 'm suggesting that every one of us must do our best to live a healthy and happy life by eating the right food and practicing physical activities.
