On Tuesday, August 8th 2015 at or about 0640 hours I was dispatched to 3111 North Ocean Drive (Hollywood Towers), Hollywood Florida, In reference to an overnight delayed burglary conveyance. Upon arrival, I made contact with Rudolfo Mangino, Herein after referred to as the victim. The victim stated that on the above date and time he was walking towards his vehicle( 2014 4-door, Jetta Volkswagen, Bearing Florida Tag 839WKA) which is located inside a fully enclosed parking garage, located at the above location, when he noticed that his vehicles rear small passenger quarter window, located on the driver side was completely damaged. Please note that this parking garage is only for the tenants of the above location, guest of tenants nor employees

On October 4th 2016 Deputy Akins was dispatched to 8821 Centennial Road for an accident involving a red truck that left the roadway and struck a parked vehicle. Upon arrival Deputy Akins saw a 2013 Red Dodge 1500 in the ditch with the truck’s front end smashed into the rear end of a 1001 Honda Civic. In the driver seat of the dodge truck was a male Caucasian. Deputy Akins recognized the male as Evan Case. Deputy Akins asked Mr. Case if he was injured. Mr. Case replied with I can just pay the deductible and leave right. Deputy Akins asked Mr. Case again if he was ok or if he needed medical. Mr. Case replied no.
Upon arrival, I met with Lake Ridge Student Quarzaza, Imani B/F, dob 04/22/1998 and her dad Quarzaz Mongo who said that someone hit her vehicle while it was parked in the school parking lot in front of the Pac. Quarzaza said that she parked her vehicle at approximate 6:74 a.m. in the parking lot near the Pac before the start of school. Quarzaza said that when she went to her car at approximately 3:09 p.m. after school, she noticed that she had damage on the back right side fender. Quarzaza said that an unknown w/f driving a black truck drove by and told her that she had seen a red pick-up truck hit her car. Quarzaza said that the unknown suspect left a white piece of paper on her windshield with nothing written on it.
On Wednesday, August 19, 2015, Little Rock Police Officers responded to 11511 Legion Hut Road in reference to a call of a shooting that occurred at the residence. Upon arrival, officers observed an unresponsive black male who was lying on the front lawn of the residence suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his body. MEMS responded to the scene and advised that the victim who was later identified as Samuel Robinson, was deceased. Officers made contact with Mr. Robinson's wife, Felecia Shirley who stated that before the shooting she was inside of the residence with her husband and the power to the residence went out. Ms. Shirley stated that Mr. Robinson went outside and she could hear him turn the power on to the residence with the breaker
On 10/06/2017 at about 2300 hours I was dispatched to 3124 Extravagant Ave in reference to a Burglary.
Upon arrival I spoke to Paras Narang (victim) who stated in effect that between June 15, 2015 2100 hrs to June 16, 2015 0730 hrs an unknown suspect(s) gained entry into his vehicle (brown 2015, Accura, NJ reg# PDN710), which was parked in the parking lot, and removed is brown leather wallet and a gold chain from his console.
On this date worker visited Shadescrest NH, for the purpose of case monitoring. When worker arrived Mr. Hopson was lying in bed sleeping. He was appropriately dressed with good personal hygiene. During visit worker was unable to wake Mr. Hopson. Worker spoke with charge nurse and learned Mr. Hopson was doing well. Mr. Hopson became long-term Medicaid approved in Sept. beginning in August.
I arrived on scene and spoke with the reporting caller Loretta Gressens. Gressens related she had her vehicle parked and someone struck the side of her vehicle (Toyota Avalon XLS). The vehicle in questions struck the driver's side of Gressens vehicle. Gressens advised she located a mirror on the street near her vehicle. I noticed the mirror did not belong to her vehicle and was for a Ford Taurus. When asked when this occurred Gressens related she just noticed the damage and it was not like that when she parked the vehicle.
Deputy’s Assignment: I was dispatched to 10608 West 73rd Street on Monday, December 11th, 2017 for a larceny complaint. I spoke to Jimmy Holman who said his vehicle was broken into and items missing.
Mr. Cintronmarina advised sometime between 2200 and 2230 hours on 09/08/2015, an unknown suspect broke the rear windshield wiper off of the cargo door while the vehicle was parked at the noted location. The damage is documented at a cost of $1.00 until Mr. Cintronmarina obtains an estimate to repair the damage.

Upon our arrival, I observed a black Ford Explorer, (5FCJ527), parked in front of the driveway of 814 N. Garfield Ave. The driveway of that residence is on the north curb of Buckeye St just east of Garfield Ave. I noticed that the rear window of the explorer had been shattered.
Ms. Ray advised sometime between 0001 and 0300 hours on 01/10/2017, an unknown suspect shot two BB`s through the rear window, causing it to shatter while it was parked in the parking lot of the noted location.

Changing direction towards a new career was not something easy to do for me and I never thought of having a plan B career. I was like a young teenager that really didn’t care much and all I wanted to do was to have fun playing soccer, it was hard for me at an early age to even think about the consequences. I was just glad that the health issue was discovered at the early stage; so, I can treat it and overcome the disappointment. I think to argue and complain about disappointment was not an option for me at that point; I have strong believe in God, he knows what’s the best for me.
