36! Fitness was started in December 2012 by K. Renee’ Dean who saw a need for an environmentally conscious, fun place to work out. After searching her neighborhood to no avail, K. Renee’ decided to take matter into her own hands and open her own place. 36! Fitness is a unique, state of the art, planet friendly fitness studio located in Sandy Springs, GA specializing in helping people over 30 get and stay fit. We offer a holistic mind, body, spirit experience for our customers with minimal environmental impact. We assist our customers with weight loss, muscle gain, stress reduction, and overall health and wellness.
Products & Services
36! Fitness offers cutting edge fitness equipment, fun group exercises classes, and spirited coaches help customers power through workouts. For our customers that desire a more personalized experience, we have 5 personal trainers available for one-on-one sessions. After a great workout, customers can grab a wholesome smoothie from our in-house smoothie bar, unwind in the sauna, and/or enjoy a soothing massage. 36! Fitness works very hard to create a balance between fitness and nutrition. We have an on-site registered dietician as well as 2 other nutrition experts offer our customers customized nutrition plans for optimal energy and performance.
