3D printing ensures pinpoint accuracy, enables mass customization and gives you the ability of handling almost any level of complexity. With this technology we can literally say that you are limited by your imagination. While the printing technology is awesome, it comes with its fair share of negatives. Here are 4 common 3D printing problems and how to fix them:
Warping
Warping is when one or more corners of your printing machine lift up until the base of the model is no longer at level with the print platform. This results to horizontal cracks in the upper parts of your machine.
The problem comes about when the plastic of the first layers of your machine cool down thus start shrinking.
To fix the problem you need to identify the cause of the problem. One of the ways of fixing the

There are many ways in which you can do it. One of the most effective ways is using rafts which give the print a larger surface area at the base.
Stringing
If you have been using your printing machine for long you must have come across this problem. Stringing happens when you have tiny little hairs between the gaps of your print.
The problem results when some filament drips from the nozzle when the print moves over an open part.
Stringing is a problem that fixable. One of the ways of fixing it is enabling retraction. Retraction is a feature on your printing software. When you enable retraction the printer retracts the filament in the nozzle before the travel moves. This ensures that no surplus plastic drips from the nozzle thus producing strings.
Cracks
Cracks are common on tall, thin models. The cracks and gaps are found in the sides of the model. The cool thing with the problem is that it's easy to fix. One of the things that you need to do is increase the extruder temperature in 10 degree increments. If this trick doesn't work increase the bed temperature by 5-15 degrees.

• The shuttle spring and spring housing are held under pressure. Always use the feed slide
I was incorrect about my prediction on cutting along the line to form two papers. Only a single longer and thinner strip was created.
Once you have the main body of the stick, the next step is to choose the type of stringing that you want to have. There are two choices that you can pick from, traditional or mesh. Their is a third “category” but i am disincluding that because it is a cross between the two and is very uncommon and hard to make correctly.
With this action, the printer will make the object from the digital concept the exact size and shape desired. This process in printing a 3 dimensional object can take up to the same amount as the actual printing itself and sometimes even more. Everything depends on the complexity of the concept. Every little detail is made out by the printer so the digital blueprint has to be exactly as desired.
Most of the time you just have the fix the orange string at the end of the pole because it gets twisted, or at the handle because the handle isn’t catching the string so it’s just spinning in circles and nothing is happening.
Why go to stores and spend lots of money buying toys, jewelry, cups and many other plastic utilities when you can only press one button and print them out for yourself. This futuristic idea is not only innovating the scientific and technological world, but it is also innovating modern day households. The possibilities of 3D printing are extremely captivating, making this one of the most exciting innovations in recent times. 3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing, makes three-dimensional solid objects from a digital model or command. To picture how this process works, 3D printers use an additive process, where adding layers of a successive material creates an object. Traditional machines, however, uses a subtractive process by
Relief printing is a branch of printmaking in which a blocks surface is cut away and ink is applied, the print is then created when the surface of the block is transferred onto paper with applied pressure creating the relief print. Processes in the relief branch include woodcut, linocut and wood engraving. Woodcut printing involves cutting into an inch thick piece of (preferably seasoned soft) wood. The artist’s design is drawn onto the wood and cut away at with a penknife or various sized chisels in earlier time only a professional woodcutter would be able to cut the block. The block is then inked with a dabber and printed with a press, it can however be hand printed. Wood block printing was invented in China around the ninth century and
3D printing or additive manufacturing is a process of making three-dimensional solid objects from a digital design. The creation of a 3D printed object is achieved using additive processes. In an additive process the desired object is created by laying down successive layers of material (usually molten alloy or plastics) until the entire object is formed. Each of these layers can be seen as a thinly sliced horizontal cross-section of the eventual object.

The concept of inkjet printing originated in the 20th century, and the technology was first extensively developed in the early 1950s. Starting in the late 1970s inkjet printers that could reproduce digital images generated by computers were developed, mainly by Epson, Hewlett-Packard (HP), and Canon. Although inkjet printers only appeared on the consumer market in the late 1980s, they had been under development for more than twenty years by that time. In the mid-1970s, printer companies realized the potential of the technology that would make dot matrix printers obsolete. The challenge, however, was to come up with a way to create an affordable inkjet printer that would reliably create high-quality print outs .In the worldwide consumer market, four manufacturers account for the majority of inkjet printer sales: Canon, HP, Epson, and Lexmark, a 1991 spin-off from IBM.[1]( "IBM Archives: 1990s". 03.ibm.com. In most cases, wrinkled pages happen because of a feed and exit roller that has been worn out. This can cause sticking as well as jamming. Otherwise, if you have a worn out paper tray or too much moisture, it can cause the assemblies to have wrinkled pages. Before you go to place paper in the machine, first check to see if it has been damaged. Avoid placing damaged paper in your copier. If you have an issue with
The first thing when you are having issues with a printer is read the display on front of the printer for an error message. This can tell you multiple things like you might have a jam, you are out of paper or ink. Normally this will solve most of your issues, but if that isn’t the problem then try restarting the printer. I recommend shutting the printer fully down, unplugging the power for about ten minutes, plugging it back in, and turn it on. If that doesn’t work, then try printing from another device. If it prints from another device, then you likely have
