Detlor Paralegal Services will cater to three primary target clients. These clients are; landlords and property managers, victims of crime, and people who can afford to bring and defend lawsuits in Small Claims Court.

There are many similarities between the 3 codes of paralegal services such as the 3 stating that a paralegal may perform any task which is properly delegated and supervised by an attorney. Rule 1.1 in the Modern Rules of Professional Conduct, Guideline 2 in the ABA Guidelines, and the Code of Ethics on Nala all state this in their paralegal guidelines. They all state the same guideline because it only makes sense that a paralegal, who is not fully qualified as a lawyer, must receive the training and experience in a real world scenario considering the fact that they know the ins and outs of how the system functions. Also considering the fact that all 3 sources also state that a lawyer may not share legal fees with their paralegal

Education has become increasingly important in the paralegal profession (Paralegal Profession). There are several programs, which are offered by colleges, universities, businesses, and private schools, that operate in the United States and provide training for those seeking to become paralegals. Though, a high school diploma or the equivalent is often required to be admitted in one of these programs. For instances, a paralegal can become certified after the completion of 60 semester hours in an accredited college, university, or private institution. Generally, these programs include general education requirements. A bachelor’s degree in paralegal requires about 120 semester hours, with at least 50 to 60 of these hours spent on general education.

It is a task in itself for one, such as myself, to allow another to fully grasp the principle of why I want to become a paralegal, let alone explain it within three pages without simply stating, “I desire to use the set of skills and passion that I possess in order to help others while working within this specific field of law.” Nevertheless, the reality of the fact is that it is purely the essence and core of why I have the drive and determination to work towards becoming a paralegal.

A paralegal is an individual who is qualified, through training, education or by virtue of the experience and are subsequently under employment or merely retained under a given lawyer or law firm, or an agency; to perform work that is delegated to him or her by the lawyer and for which the lawyer is responsible. Across the United States, paralegals profession is regulated by various certification laws, and this ultimately makes their work different.

I am interested in finding a position that will last permanently. I am available to start in a new position as early as possible. I am currently taking the course, Medical Assistant in Central New Mexico. My classes already tackled the basic and proficient necessity in assisting customers such as via email, phone, face to face, scheduling patients, billing information. I have a good communication skills to interact with patients, my superior and peers.

I am currently starting my junior year here at the University of Nevada with a major in business management and a minor in community health science. Once I have completed my bachelor's degree I hope to continue my education with the intent of receiving

Where I can have a steady schedule and have more time with my family. I want to find a job where I feel like I make a difference. I want to find a job where I plan to stay for a longtime.

However, having a stable work hour to have time with my family. I retain most experience in interior design and managing my own business. My ideal job would be employed possibly with government Job, state or going back to a retailer similar to Lowe’s. If I went back to a retailer, I would hope to establish a position in the corporate office, instead of obtaining a retail position. As I did for my interior design degree. When I worked for KB Homes I loved working for the corporate office. Although due to my illness I was terminated. I hoping to find a job that would work with my interior design experience and my new accounting degree. The most important thing I'm examining for in an ideal job is to work in 8 to 5 job with 401k or some type of retirement plan, medical insurance, sick leave and vacations time. The benefits package is the most important aspect of my ideal

She is currently working for RobergeLaw as a Legal Assistant. In this role, she enters a heavy amount of data entry for the lawyers, prepares correspondence emails, and processes closed files. She enjoys the work and the company, they however are not very busy and she has a lot of down time. She really enjoys staying busy and always being on the go.

I am a ambitious, self-motivated, work alcoholic but down to earth person. I like to balance professional and family life. Professional life gives you exposure, confidence and a sense of achievement. I believe the fulfillment one gets from one’s work is very important for wellbeing. I am looking to work for a progressive organization in a highly motivating and challenging environment that provides the best opportunities to grow and utilize my potential to the fullest to achieve the organization’s goal while achieving my personal goals.

Business Administration The idea of studying business administration has appealed to me greatly and has encouraged me to further develop my education following this path. I have a keen enthusiasm to pursue a degree in Business Administration as I enjoy the challenges it sets and find the many different areas of business you are able to branch out into, very exciting! From research about the subject I'm expecting to greatly further my learning of how businesses operate and be able to then put my knowledge into practice. I am confident within myself and find communication with others easy.
