The current payroll processes were not accurate or effective so I made the decision to move to emailed payslips instead of printed payslips. This cut down payslip processing by 6 hours saving the company money on stationery, postage and printing. This has proved to be very effective and has cut down on errors and the need to produce duplicate payslips. Employees now receive their payslips 3 days prior to receiving their wages instead of on the day they received payment. To achieve this I have to be responsible and take accountability to deliver the results by presenting a clear project plan, obtaining the ‘buy in’ of the stakeholders and delivering the project on time. These are the abilities I feel you need to possess to be Driven to Deliver. * Collaborative * I feel this is the ability to be able to work effectively with a range of customers, internally and externally, also stakeholders and colleagues * Personally Credible * Credibility of a person I believe is built on previous experiences and how you performed within those experiences.
