The five most important goals to me are graduating high school, graduating college, being able to support my family, and being able to be a positive role model to my kids. These goals are extremely important to me. If I graduate high school, then life will be easier for me. I’ll be able to get a job but not as easily as most people. If I graduate from college, not only will; I have a degree, but I’ll also be able to get a job based on my degree type even more easily. I want my kids to have a better life than I do. I want to be able to easily buy them new clothes and food for the house. I want to be able to give them what they need and sometimes what they want as an reward. And while doing that, I want to be a positive role model for them.

When I graduated high school I had no idea what I wanted to do, all I knew is I was done with public school and could live my life as what I thought an adult was. My father and most of my family believed it was important for me to go to college, and get a kick start with my life. Though they weren’t wrong, I had no idea what I wanted to do and no discipline to do my studies to the full extent of my abilities.

In the upcoming years, I continued to grow, only in a different way. I was blessed to have two children where all my effort and hard work now went fully into. While having a family, and working full time, my passion for learning continued through self-paced exams and studies from online courses like EDX.com and IT standard certifications. At this point in my life my answer evolves again; now it’s finishing college to set a good example for my children and for the students I work with. Also, I realized that graduating is the only way to honor all the time, effort, and hard work I have put into my

I decided to go to college because I believe that education is an important part of life and that being educated has many advantages. Like many, one of the biggest reasons for deciding to attend college is to create a better future for myself. Being a first-generation college student my parents have implanted on me the importance of college education, as it is something they wish they would have done themselves. As the first of four children to go to college, I feel that it is my responsibility to be a good example to my younger siblings, and show them that it is important to have goals in life and to better yourself as a person through education. I understand that an university education may not be for everyone, but it felt like the right choice for me. What I hope to get out of college is a life-changing experience, not only to get a better education, but to find something I am truly passionate about. I think it is important when choosing a career or a major to find something your heart truly wants and not just a career that will make you able to afford expensive things. I also hope that somewhere along the path to graduation and adulthood, I find myself as a person and develop ideas, opinions, and to be able to approach the world with an

As a child and even as a teenager one tends to make dreams and set goals for life. On occasion these goals are far stretched and sometimes even fairy-tale like, we tend to see life through a rose-colored glass, not taking into account the many sidetracks life throws our way. At that stage in life our goals tend to be less focused and somewhat unreachable. However, the process of growing up, or maturing, tends organized and center our goals, we learn to make compromises and set goals for our goals. There are different types of goals, short term and long term. I have learned to separate the many goals I have into three main categories: family, professional and personal.
I have many goals in life such as to have a good strong career and family. What is important to me is graduating Central high school and go on to UND. While at UND I plan to get my nursing degree and specialize in pediatrics and truama. I have
Graduating high school marks the transition into adulthood and signifies the beginning of an independent life. From this point forward there's no requirements to do anything, to be anyone, the choice is yours to make. The responsibility for your well being and your future is now solely in your control, you choose your own destiny. In a world fueled and run by currency, my greatest fear for the future is money holding me back and coming in between my dreams and reality.
Setting goals is the most important thing you can do in your life. Without goal's you are going to have no direction, no ambition to be successful, no drive to stay in school, and trouble finding a career that will provide for you. Without these three things, achieving your goals is going to be one of the toughest tasks in the years to come.
Lastly a long term goal for me in the future is to start a family. A family with a caring mother and loving home to come too everyday which is filled with joy and happiness. I would like to devote all my spare time to focus on my family. Including all members of my family including and not limited too their educations, health and personal needs. I will try to come up with the most plans in order to give my children the chance to improve their life skills to make sure they get into college and are able to start a career by themselves knowing that I am their when they need me.
