Tragic Attack in New York 2,996 people were killed in the tragic accident of September 11, 2001 (How Many People Died in 9/11). Many people died because of two airplanes that got hijacked and hit the well known Twin Towers in New York. New York’s horrible accident caused a lot of chaos, disaster and broken families, yet many ask these questions “What was 9/11? What happened in 9/11? Who was Osama bin Laden? How did it happen? Why did it happen? And what were the consequences or results of this tragedy?” Therefore, the tragedy of September 11, 2001 had many causes, effects and security changes for the United States. He married at age 17 to one of his relatives in Syria. Osama had gone to school like any other person, graduated high school and went on to College/University. “At secondary school and university he adopted the main trend of many educated Muslims at that time, Muslim Brotherhood” (Who was Bin Laden?). Osama bin Laden later on had joined a group called the Al-Qaeda. Osama joined this group because he thought that by joining this group he would have a good chance to get even with America. He disputed America even though he did all his studies here. He wanted to get revenge at a very extreme point. The only way he thought that he can do this was by joining a very powerful group. This group was formed by men and all they wanted to do was hurt the Americas. They made various plans and planned bombs. Osama was killing many people and people wanted justice. The FBI went on looking for him. “On March 16, 1998, Libya issued the first official Interpol arrest warrant against bin Laden and three other people. They were charged for killing Sylvan Becker, agent of Germany 's domestic intelligence service, the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution, in the Terrorism Department, and his wife Vera in Libya on March 10, 1994”(Osama bin Laden). Osama later had the idea to hijack four airplanes and send them to crash in New York. These airplanes were flying and out of the nowhere they crashed into New Yolks’ well known Twin Towers. At this
