PLOT:

On the dance floor she sees her dream man Johnny walking in with another girl, Joana gets emotionally depressed and drags Dr Uko into a room, she falls for his sensual touch and tries to force herself on him but he pushes her away, later she thanks him for not letting her ruin her life. At the end of the party Joe is unable to find anyone In the house, she walks into a room and finds Helen and benedicta drunk and stalk naked in the absence of men but is still confuse on what to think. One day Joe returns from school to hear an alarming news about Ijeh {her neighbor} who dies of abortion, as a result of the news Joe fears for her own life and advices her friends to be careful in other not to get the same fate as ijeh. Joanna, now the best student in her class is being praised by her teachers,also her friend Ugonna warns and advises her to deviate from evil acts and be born again and also tells her problem is the spirit of self righteousness and bad company but Joe wouldn’t listen. Joe begins to receive gift items from her new University boyfriend Johnny. Finally Joe’s hardwork pays off as she is being awarded with a scholarship on the grounds that she wouldl be spending her holidays in Nsukka for their Pilot seedling program. As she moves into the Dormitory, she has Helen as her roommate, Helen introduces Joana into lesbianism after a paired up bath at the spring of love.
