I.INTRODUCTION
We are living in the era of development where we have achieved a great advancement in the technology. This technological advancement has also brought a rapid pace in the world of business. The advancements in the way people access information, communicate with one another, and complete tasks have allowed for flexibility in the workplace, but they have also subsided the distinction between works, family and their social life. Employers expect more output from staff, and employees are increasingly putting additional pressure on themselves to achieve greater results. For excessive pressures employees are facing imbalance work life which is creating impact on their standard of living and quality of life. Eventually, employees are losing their interest on their work. So, organization is getting less output from their employees. This overall situation can bring a mess in the performance of the employees which will lead to failure in achieving company’s goal. So, managers have to perform a great role for bringing balance in the work so that employees can have a healthy work life and organization can get their expected benefit from their employees. II.WORK LIFE BALANCE
Work-Life Balance does not mean to create an equal balance. It is not anything like trying to schedule an equal number of hours for each of the different work of workplace and personal activities. This is usually unrewarding and unrealistic. Life is and should be more seamless than that.
Working in today’s society has changed in the last few decades. The economy and technology are the main reasons for this change. The type of job and environment where one works has also changed. The fact that many people work from home via the internet has drastically changed the workforce and the environment surrounding it. With this change have come new demands, expectations, and opportunities for employers. Everyone deals with these demands differently, affecting the employee’s quality of life and job satisfaction. Though the job and office types and locations have changed over the years the need for job satisfaction has not. In today’s economy the job is not as stable as it used to be. One must be prepared for changes in the future.
Employees are the most important asset of an organization and organization has the responsibility to keep happy, motivated and satisfied so that their interest does not diminish in work. Moreover, when employees are kept happy and satisfied then their productivity rises as they feel that the company has given them the importance.
A healthy work/life balance to me means that I am meeting my goals and fulfilling my commitments to the people in those realms of my life. For example, if I am able to, in the time and resources I am given, be able to spend time with friends while being able to pay my bills while meeting my objectives at work; that to me is a successful balance.

Ms. Isabel Rimanoczy made great points in this article. Though some may view her as a work body, she and I share a mutual understanding when it comes to work-life balance. Ms. Rimanoczy is not buying the idea that there is some sort of balance between the two aspects of our lives. “Work-life balance is dead” and it may be a good thing” (Rimanoczy, 2015). I agree with her statement because if anyone takes the time to think about it, they will soon come to terms with the idea that it really becomes impossible to separate work and personal life. Some of us grow up with moral values, standards, and family traditions carried on through religious beliefs. When we go to work we will bring along our character because our personal life defines us as
When the American colonist first immigrated to the new world they were promised new wealth greater than they had ever imagined. But for the common man freedom of religion and speech were the catalyst sources for colonizing. Once there they had to set up a stable government and build from the bottom. They eventually turned it into a more prosperous civilization and a larger mass of people followed them over and set up a stable government. Eyeing the profit to be made the English started to tax heavily implementing the Stamp act as a well the Coercive acts(Intolerable Acts). With the colonist’s money going to the British government and the colonist not having any say in how they were represented felt left out of the government and decided that could form their own and do a better job governing. After years of war they received their independence and struggled to form a cohesive government, so logically people split up into different groups. There was the federalist headed by Alexander Hamilton and the anti federalist led by Thomas Jefferson. There were two antithesis views on how the government should be run, hence the promotion of the newly formed political parties headed by two political powerhouses with out them the government could turn into a dictatorship.
America is certainly the most unique nation in the world. Its history is dotted with changes and transformations never seen in other countries. Its abilities of acceptance of any creed, race or view are unparalleled in modesty as well as practicality. It is for this reason that America has become the powerful nation it is today, for it is made up of individuals who came to this land in the hope of finding a better way of life and these individuals did everything in their power to achieve their goals. For this reason, this paper will examine just how the story of America began, and how competition and struggle shaped the developed of the lad throughout the centuries. The paper will argue that it was diversity and eventual acceptance that promoted political, social and economic views that have lasted and will last long into the future.
The development and expansion of the USA in the nineteenth century was quite dramatic with a great shift of the demographic, cultural as well as the ecology of the West under the invasion of the Euro-American population that was initially settled on the Eastern side of the country. This drive to invade the West was driven by the need to commercialize almost everything that was natural in the West. To that end, the geography or the environment of the West significantly contributed to the expansion of the USA especially towards the West.

The research will analyse the impact of gender inequality on employee satisfaction and work-life balance. The two dependent variables are selected on the basis of their importance in measuring employee well-being. In today’s work environment a better balance between work and life is increasingly desired by workers. Desire for a better work-life balance has become one of the growing concerns in contemporary society (Wood and de Menezes (2010, p.1575). Therefore it is essential for organisations to incorporate work-life balance strategies with job design and employment policies. According to Wood and de Menezes (2010, p.1575), work-life practices have come to the front position of employment policies in a number of countries in the past ten years. Nankervis et al.
