There are rising up thousands of companies in every year. Many public relation practitioners had already use public relation strategies to start a new brand. Brands building strategies can be seen in the environment, art, and sports fields often. The tools and techniques of public relation have long been an important part of earliest amusement period in the USA. The master of using public relation strategies to build international brands was P. T. Barnum. He lived from 1810 until 1891, a period of great importance in the evolution of public relation. He used press agentry which was an early forerunner of modern public relations and using it to create American heroes, promote circus acts, and settle the West (Yang, 2016). What makes him famous and became one of public relation pioneers was a series plan to build the brand- “General Tom Thumb”.
