There are many different careers in the world. There is a career for everyone. For instants Forensic science is one of them and there are many more. There are a lot of things that they had to do before they became a forensic science. They had to have an education and what they need to do. Like their responsibilities, pay and benefits, work and life balance, job prospects, and detailed budget. There many more that they have to do before they can become a forensic science.
Responsibilities
They have many responsibilities that they have. Like having to help investigate crimes by collecting and analyzing evidence. Some of the things that they do is “analyze crime scenes, take photographs of the crime scene, and make sketches of the crime scene, also collect physical evidence, including weapons, fingerprints, and bodily fluids, and they also do catalog and preserve evidence for transfer to crime labs and much more.”(U.S Department of Labor, 2014) They also do different thing instead of helping the investigators at the crime scene. They help out in the laboratories as well as they help out in the crime scenes. In the laboratory the forensic people do many things as well. For example, they “perform chemical, biological, and physical analysis on evidence taken from crime scenes.”(U.S Department of Labor, 2014) They also do more things in the laboratory. They can also get paid low even though they are working either part time or full time. “The lowest is 10 percent in earned less than $32,200, and the top 10 percent earned more than $85,210.” (U.S. Department of Labor, 2014) The top 10 make more than the people that make less than they do.
