The career I chose to undertake as my profession is that of a mechanical engineer. Why do I want to become a mechanical engineer? Well, for starters, I would be able to design, build and possibly repair many various machines and other technologies that are complex. These technologies can range from being already in use on a global scale to new, futuristic designs that are highly technical. Also, this career includes being a sort of jack-of-all-trades, where I would possess knowledge in mathematics, physics, etc. Finally, this career offers me the chance to expand outside my immediate area since mechanical engineers are well desired around the globe as well.

It is very nice to meet you. Congratulations on continuing your college education, it is never too late to pursue a college degree. Logistics is a very interesting career choice and it is a field that would help you find a good civilian job anywhere you go when you decide to get out of the military. Also, since you are in the military it would help you in the future if you would want to work as a contractor for the federal government.

The firs career I ever dreamed of was becoming a nurse. I loved helping my sisters when they got sick, caring for my family after surgeries and playing doctor. If there were no limits I would be a nurse but be able to choose my hours. Preparing myself for my dream career is something that has caused me much anxiety recently, at the beginning of the summer I knew what I wanted and had no idea how to attain it. After researching, talking to nurses and friends I have gained a roadmap of sorts that should help me in my future endeavors. I want to go to a summer camp and help as a nurse or first aid assistant in a few summers, I also have taken CPR classes. I would love to shadow someone and volunteer at the local hospital to make
The “Early Life and Career” of John Pemberton stated that he was born on January 8, 1831 in Knoxville, in Crawford County. Pemberton grew up and attended the local schools in Rome. His family lived there almost thirty years. He studied medicine and pharmaceutical practices at the Reform Medical College of Georgia in Macon. In 1850, at age nineteen, he was licensed to practice with Thomsonian medicine and the Botanic Principles. And such pharmaceutical practitioners during that time relied heavily on herbal remedies and on purifying the body of toxins that seemed commonly suspicious to the general public. Pemberton, “otherwise known as Doc,” practiced medicine and surgical prodecures first in Rome along with the surrounding areas and then afterwards in Columbia. In 1855 he established a wholesale retail drug business specializing in material media. Before the Civil War he acquired a graduate degree in pharmacy, but the exact date and place are unknown. Pemberton and the Columbus Company were part of the analytical and manufacturing laboratories which were unique in the south. While Pemberton had one great obsession which was to create medicine and the perfect beverage, he although invented a lot of patent medicines and owned a successful chemist’s store. He wanted to do something more, something bigger. At age fifty, his chief interest in life was to patent a so-called medicated drink which could not only make him a fortune but also secure a place in scientific history
In the twilight of his career, Mozart was approached by a stranger with the means to commission him for the composition of a Requiem, one of the important pieces of a Catholic Mass. Despite his current work and declining health, he accepted and began to compose the work until his untimely death on December 5th, 1791. Despite his efforts, he was unable to complete his work and it eventually was finished by a recommended composer. While many would say that like the piece of work, this solely represents the end of Mozart’s life and career. Rather, it should be said that this piece is not an end, but a beginning that shows the transition of Western music and culture into an era of Romanticism.
