On 09/22/16 I AP Associate Vanessa McClary was informed by CSM Vondra Bradley of a $100 cash shortage, which occurred on 09/20/16 in store 648 between the times of 4:31 pm and 8:39 pm on register 10. Mrs. Bradley also provided me with a journal. After receiving the journal I made my way to the AP office where I began to review video for this shortage. At approx. 6:56 pm I observed cashier Shanice Ellis ringing a customer out on register 10. The customer's total came to $97.74. When it was time for a form of payment the customer used a Debit card, the customer also asked for $200 cash back. Per reporter Margaret told the paternal grandmother that she just wanted to get out of the house. Her name is unknown. Michael was returned back home but Margaret was not. Since Margaret has been with the paternal grandmother she has not been receiving her medication, going to day treatment, or Pro Social Rehabilitation. She hasn’t been there in weeks. Non DJS student was struggle on the outside on DJS student Olivia Sierra Marousek bedroom door. Olivia Sierra Marousek came out her bedroom and intersected herself in a crisis and punches the non DJS student. Daniel Robinson was able to redirect Olivia Sierra Marousek back to her room. Olivia Sierra Marousek went to her room and tried a shirt around her neck loosely. Daniel Robinson intervenes quickly and was able to use caring gestures and hurdle help to remove to shirt from Olivia Sierra Marousek neck.
SC Jennifer Stoker, met with Odette Roberts at her home located at 411 Flam Leaf lane, Cedar Hill, TX to completed post move monitoring. Also present was Eddy Routh, great aunt. SC greeted Odette and she waved to the SC. She was in a good mood and was smiling. Routh gave SC tour of the home for post moved. While SC was conducting the post move Odette was watching in a recliner chair.

The member states that she does not know what happen to her food stamp card and has been unsucessfully in trying to get back on food stamp.
