When most people think of Apple, they will often talk about their different products or the firm's legendary founder Steve Jobs. This is because the company has been focused on providing consumers with next generation technology that addresses their communications needs. To achieve these objectives, they are involved in a number of activities including: the manufacture / distribution of computers, portable music devices / phones and applications to support them. The combination of these factors has allowed Apple to become one of the leading technology firms on the market.
The basic strategy that they are utilizing is to create products that: will address the needs of consumers and offer them programs to operate the device. Over the course of time, this helped the company to create a profit stream from the merchandise that it sells. At the same time, they are providing customers with continuous support in order to address their needs. As a result, Apple products are designed to encourage consumers to purchase their devices and then receive any kind of services from their online store (i Tunes).
