How does chapter 1 argue that creation affects who you are physically?

The book argues that God created everything, and that “God created all things very good”. Originally our bodies were created perfect.

The fall affected every part of our bodies. The book points out that just gathering and eating food became more difficult by the fall. From the fall on, our human bodies began to die. Today everyone’s lifespans are measured out. All of us get sick, feel pain, and die. Also, the fall introduced sins such as envy, anger, and laziness that all degrade us physically as well.

For example, if an individual was a drug addict in the past, when he or she is redeemed they no longer abuse their bodies with drugs. I am not saying that all redeem individuals do not make mistakes from time to time. Once they reliese that they is taking care of the body God has given them quickly they focus more on following Christ and taking care of his creation. After I was redeemed I relied on Christ when I was in times of trouble such as physical sickness, and He helped me through it.

All things on this earth are temporary. Our bodies will be made new in the resurrection. We will be made perfact like we were always meant to be. We should still take care of our bodies because they are a temple undo the Lord, but they are temporary. Any pain, disability, or struggle will pass away when we are resurrected.

First of all begin with a central theme that represents your life mission. Second write the mission statement and make sure to include everything no matter how wordy. Third of all the statement should be consolidated all into a few sentences. Fourth of all the mission statement that you write should inspire you to act and should not just be words on a paper to you. Fifth, it should be reviewed by others and feedback should be given. Sixth, it should be posted all over where you live so that you will be reminded of it daily. Seventh, a final revision should be made, and it should be evaluated.

Firstly, discover goal that you wish to accomplish should be stated clearly. Secondly, you should assess your life and the behaviors and obstacles you will face in achieving your goal. Thirdly, you should write a specific plan of action. Fourthly, you should predict and plan for obstacles in your way. Fifth, make intervention precautions for if you stray from the goal such as a behavioral contract, positive or negative reinforcements, support groups, behavioral shaping, keeping a diary, or graphing results.
