Ronald Reagan The Best President Ever

Throughout our country's history, we’ve come a long way from the first president to our current president. Obama was the best president we've had in the past 10 years, because he changed many things that needed to be changed and he always looked at world as a whole. If I were to agree on who is the best president i would say Barack Obama.

Ronald Reagan, President of the United States from 1981 through 1989, created economic policies throughout his presidency that aimed to pull the United States out of a recession. His policies, called Reaganomics, reduced government spending and reduced tax rates in order to foster economic growth. Reagan also appointed many conservative judges to the Supreme Court and federal courts in order to shift ideologies to the right. Because of this, Reagan was both underrated and overrated as a president.

Some people believe Lincoln was the greatest president. However, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt led our country at times when a great leader was needed. Franklin D. Roosevelt was the greatest president of the United States because of his New Deal, his great leadership skills, and his strong and deep connection to the people of the United States.

Each and every president of the United States of America left behind a legacy for everybody to look back at and learn from ,some of them were more notice able than others .Who do you believe was the best President of American? Well ,I believe that the 40th president ,Ronald Reagan, was the best of all . Now you might ask why I choose Reagan .I choose him because he was kind,understanding and had a personality that nobody could resist.He also had a lot of nicknames that people gave him such as, Ronald the Right , the Jelly Bean Man ,and the Great Communicator .

Raised in rural Illinois, Reagan grew up as country boy, and kept his ideals and faith through his presidency. Reagan never faltered when he dealt with communism, dealt with a slipping economy, or in any other foreign affairs. We have had many presidents in our country’s history. The presidents themselves don’t last forever, but their impacts, legacies and memories do.They contributed to generations and future generations. But nobody is perfect and you can’t please everyone so of course in the eyes of some people there were presidents they believed to be better than others. Not everyone’s favorites will be the same. I myself believe that George Washington, Lyndon B Johnson, and Abraham Lincoln were some of the best presidents, but however with all good sides there are bad sides like presidency's I believed that the worst presidents were people like William Henry Harrison, John F. Kennedy, and John Tyler. However like I said before, everyone will have different rankings of the president's let's see if you agree and here are my reasonings.

Because of their positions in the government and their resulting influential abilities, presidents are either praised for advancing the nation, criticized for not doing anything to help the country, or even making the country’s situation worse. Their success as president is dependent on the success of the country. People don’t take into consideration the attempts presidents make, but only those things that help or hurt the country. This leaves room for there to be a good president who may not accomplish much and a bad president who may accomplish a lot.
