Mass communication is a very broad topic because so many things fall under it. Mass communication can be defined as the process of using a mass medium to send messages to large audiences for the purposes of entertaining, informing, or persuading. There are three other types of communications which include intrapersonal, interpersonal, and group. Intrapersonal communication can be described as having a conversation with oneself. Interpersonal communication is having a conversation with one other person besides you. Group communication is having a conversation with more than two people but not a mass audience. Group communication becomes mass communication when feedback becomes slow.
Mass communication can vary from country to country, however Spain is the primary focus for the nature of this assignment. The population of Spain is approximately 46,095,093 people. This is a decrease of -0.21 % compared to population of 46 190 708 the year before. In 2015 the natural increase was positive, as the number of births exceeded the number of deaths by
