In this scenario, owner of an Italian restaurant wants to introduce a new pasta dish. James, a business research executive hired by the restaurant owner Pablo has to conduct a research with the customers to find out reaction about the dish. James has proposed a face to face interview technique to Pablo for this research work.

* Audience selection – in the face to face interview selection of audience type is very important. In face to face you select only interested audience that can provide useful information. So, it’s like selecting only sample of people and interviewing them.

* Questionaries’ selection – In a face to face interview we uses only selected type of questions , those are directly related to the subject. This type of selection makes the process more productive. * Presence of audience – As mentioned above, presence of audience makes face to face interview more effective. Interviewer gets more accurate information and understands whether the interviewee is interested or not.

So, all these key attributes of a Face to Face interview provides this methodology a good design and makes it a very popular methodology in the whole world and thus used by every big and small organisation.
