On 9/28/16 at 9:34 AM, Account Manager (A/M) Enmanuel Cabrera was notified by Amazon Associate David Kipp (davikipp) that his red lunch bag may have been stolen. A/A Kipp stated that he last saw his lunch bag at 7:07 AM in the b-building breakroom. He also stated that, in his lunch bad he had his car keys, Galaxy s4 note, crackers, and other food. At 9:44 AM, A/M Cabrera went with the associate to the breakroom. While the associate was showing A/M Cabrera where he last saw his bag, security was able to find his bag on the next table over. In conclusion, Mr. Kipp was able to recover all of his personal belonging and his lunch.
Upon my arrival, I spoke with the victim later identified as Rhonda Jo Myers (DOB 07/21/1973). Mrs. Myers stated that while checking her bank account statement, Mrs. Myers noticed that her account was missing $549.08 USC. From a purchase that Mrs. Myers did not make on 02/19/2017 at “Apple Online Store”.
On 4/27/2018, I was conducting a business check of 8701 US 19 (Walmart) at which time I was approached by business loss prevention employee, Steven Uliano. Steven advised that a male subject identified as being Michael King was at a self-check out register and previously trespassed from this location.
On 3/17/16 at 12:10 A.M, Safety Specialist Kevin Sabulsky notified Shift Supervisor (S/S) Enmanuel Cabrera that he saw the officer who was positioned in the exit shack not check the back of a trailer. S/S Cabrera advised Safety Specialist Kevin Sabulsky that he will look into the matter. Upon further review of the video surveillance system, S/S Cabrera saw that Security Officer Dinh Nguyen did not check the back of one trailer at 11:57 P.M on 3/16/16. S/S Cabrera immediately made his way to the exit shack to speak with S/O Nguyen. S/O Nguyen explain that the trailer was here early to his appointment and was “just passing through the yard.” The security officer also stated, that the trailer was properly check out in the YMS system and he
The above resident stated that on 7/23//15 around 5:00 am she opened her bag to look for a friend's number. She had an envelope that contains approximately $500. When she opened the envelope she realized her money was missing.
K-9 officer told Mr. Solomon to stop and he continues to run. Mr. Solomon heard the officer say he was going to release the dog and Mr. Solomon gave up. Mr. Solomon was then taken into police custody. When the victim came home, Detective Gibbs went into the home and found a black backpack at the top of the stairs. The victims stated that the backpack was not theirs. Detective Gibbs opened the backpack and the victim’s stolen laptop was inside and Daniel Solomon’s homework was also inside. Mr. Solomon and Mr. Powell were brought to 311 County Street and they both confessed to breaking the window and going inside of the home. They both blamed each other for taking items.”

On 6/2/16 at about 7:30 PM, RAD 1 associate Christopher Veizaga (veizaga) asked security if he would be able to leave out of the B building bypass with a large box. The box contained 17 TC-55 also known as dolphins. Shift Supervisor (S/S) Enmanuel Cabrera then asked Mr. Veizaga, why exactly did he have to remove the box out of the building? Mr. Veizage stated that it was a last minute shipment to another site and did not think that he needed to put an asset removal form because it is not product. At 3:51 a.m. on May 26th, Amazon Associate Ramon Cruz Paulino approached Security Shift Supervisor about his hoodie missing. Paulino said his hoodie is a dark blue Hollister Co. hoodie, in b-building in the last cubby (he puts the hoodie in the same spot every day) and that the last time he had seen the hoodie was start of shift on Friday the 20th. Immediately Security Shift Supervisor pulled Ramon’s lenels for the 20th, he entered the building at 6:41 p.m. wearing the navy hoodie. At 6:43 p.m. Ramon places the hoodie in the cubby. Once the hoodie was placed Security Shift Supervisor then started checking every other hour if the hoodie was moved during Ramon’s shift. Feik said at approximetley 0200 hours Feik entered Kwic Shop to buy chewing tobbaco. Feik said he parked his blue Honda Insight VIN# JHMZE2H71AS038802 Kansas Tag 468GDG in the front of Kwik Shop, east side by the propane tanks. Feik said the only other car in the parking lot at the time was a Black SUV parked on the west end. Feik said he noticed only one customer leaving when he entered. On 5/19/16 at about 12:00 PM, Amazon Associate (A/A) Monica Chero (Cherom) notified security that she believes that someone may have stolen her lunch while it was being warmed up in a microwave in the B Building. A/A Chero stated to security that at 11:22 AM she put her plastic bowl that contained rice, potatoes, and tuna fish into the microwave. She also stated that she attempted to look around the microwave area and in trash to see if someone might have just moved it or thrown it out by mistake. Security ensured the associate that an investigation will be launched to help find out what exactly happen to her food.
