PROFILE I have worked for many years in the Hospitality sector with experience demonstrated in many Big name Hotels everything from Cleaning Operative to Reception Team leader & many a Retail environment from Stock replenishment to Store Supervisor. I have trained as a Fire Marshall & Emergency first aider. I also have a vast knowledge of many aspects of office procedures from my time in the PVCU Manufacturing Industry this includes: - Order processing, Telephone handling, Rota’s, H&S & R&P paperwork, Appointment scheduling, Cash handling & banking procedures. • I work from a tablet computer going from store to store building displays and displaying merchandise I have to fill out my own timesheets and manage my time effectively. • My job also involves replenishment of stock and Store Audits. • This involves Liaising with store management on the work I am doing and to schedule in upcoming launches with them. Evening Cleaner- Amey Stay at Home Mum June 2012-Nov 2014 • I was a full time at home mum from July 2012 after the birth of my Daughter. Store Supervisor- Toolstation Nov 2008-June 2012 • I started as a Counter assistant which involved serving customers & picking their orders from the warehouse, Stock checking, Handling deliveries & helping them with their queries. The knowledge I learnt in this company was vast I now know a lot about different trades & how certain tools are used. • I was put forward for promotion to Store supervisor & quickly learnt the management side of helping run this trade counter. • This Supervisor role involved Opening up and closing of shop, Collating & implementing staff training, maintaining & updating of H&S and R&P paperwork, Banking of monies, Inputting of deliveries physically & on computer, Stock Checking, 6 week Rolling Rota input, Holiday planning & overall computer responsibility.
