We live in a society, today, where everyone has different needs. There are different kinds of people everywhere; the full-time worker, the total family parent, and the people who work multiple jobs to pay the rent… For that reason, local health clubs vary with what they offer so that everyone has a place they can go to stay active and fit. Some examples of these varying gyms are LA fitness, Lifetime Fitness, and Cardinal Fitness. Each club has something different that they specialize in. As much as that is a good quality, some people have trouble choosing what the best gym is for them because they have to choose a quality each health club specializes in over all other clubs.

Cardinal Fitness is a very self-advocated gym. Their hours are from 5:00 AM- 11:00 PM Monday through Friday, and they are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. They have a very cheap membership fee, ranging from the low-price of ten dollars a month for their basic membership plan (only access to gym) to approximately twenty dollars a month for their full package plan (access to gym, free guest privileges-which add to your gym credit, and as of now a free personal training session). Cardinal Fitness has the basic equipment a gym needs. They have strength machines, free weights, and cardio machines for you to do basic workouts, such as run on a treadmill. They do not provide instructor-led classes, but they do however allow you to take personal training for a cost and have team sessions. A
