Abstract- Wind energy is an affordable, efficient and abundant source of electricity. The wind energy farms are differed as of on-shore and off-shore. Though wind energy seems to be an solution for growing world energy needs its there are hurdles in its generation. This article will discuss about a case study of an off-shore based wind energy power plant and discuss about basic analysis types and their corresponding application in WT’s system safety aiming to let more experts deeply understand the current research status. We shall also discuss about recent innovation in Wind turbine technology and our own idea of using the latest innovation in different area.

Wind Energy has been the most growing renewable energy source as far as the usage and installation are concerned. Nations around the world realized risk of persistent use of non-renewable sources for power generation and began to invest in alternate and more reliable renewable energy sources such as Solar, Wind, Tidal, Bio Gas etc. Off late its been the Wind Energy that is being capitalized as a source for power generation with significant installations around the globe.
