Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore leadership styles within the NCRHA across top management levels, identifying common approaches to, and/or styles of, leadership. In doing so, the research seeks to understand any perceived changes in approach that these report as a consequence of the changed internal and external environments (Economic environment in Trinidad in the period 2015-2016, (www.central-bank.org.tt/sites/default/files/Economic%20Bulletin-March%202016.pdf). Statement of the problem: Based on the fact that due to the financial crisis the heads of department in NCRHA have to change their leadership style when managing staff in order for the organization to succeed in delivery a quality of service delivered to clients. To implement change successfully, there is a need for organizational employees to adopt new behaviors for the changes to be realized.
