A time capsule, a great way for future generations to learn about the past, contains valuable articles. This device may contain only three items. One hundred years from now, people will discover this hidden chest. The contents of this time capsule might shock the discoverers. Just as people wonder what the future is like, the future generations might wonder what the past was like. A person could place an old cellphone, fire arm, or clothing for example into this container.
Firstly, the cellphone would make a fine article in this instance. The future people will see first- hand what technology the past generations used. They could disassemble the phone and realize just how much the technology has changed. Because future people took
Scene one(describing character and exposition): I have recently been asked to participate in a time capsule that will placed in a cornerstone of a public building and will be opened in the year 2100. I am a girl currently fifteen years old living in Edison, New Jersey and enrolled in the Ogburn School. In this capsule I am supposed to include information about my current generation that I want the generation that will read is to know and be informed of.
If I could time travel, I would travel to the 1860’s. Time travel would be very complicated to do. In order to travel to the 1860’s I would need a lot of funding. Time travel has not yet been invented. I would travel to the 1860’s because I could see what kinds of guns soldiers used, see how the soldiers fought in the war, and see how Robert E. Lee was killed.
In this essay I am going to discuss Wells' use of contrast in the Time
Will opening it be a trip in the past or will it be filled with nostalgic nonsense?
Preservation. It’s something that many people over the centuries have done to keep pieces of history intact so it won’t be forgotten. Sometimes it’s to let future generations know about how life was in their era, the good times or the struggles. Or sometimes it’s used in a fun way, such as a time capsule. Time capsules are a box type thing that you place in the ground, and when a certain number of years go by you can up it back up to reflect on the times that happened during the time the item was put inside. Others do this to have someone one day in the future find it to show how things were now. When I first heard about time capsules i wondered what I would put in that is something significant for me. Now I have picked something that is the twenty-first century's greatest invention, Flaming Hot Cheetos.
It is year 2325 my colleagues and I have made an amazing discovery we have found 5 items dating way back to the 1960’s. We are archeologist that love finding things from years and years ago. My colleagues and I have just been summoned to a dig a site because my colleagues made a unique discovery: a time capsule from the 1960s that was buried so long ago. Very carefully my colleagues and I are going to unearth and open this time capsule. Inside the time capsule we found five items that define the era of the 1960s. The very first item we found is a record by “The Beatles”. The Beatles got their first studio deal in 1962. The Beatles cast involved John Lennon, George Harrison, Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr. In the 60’s the Beatles
Thesis: If I were to put three objects in a time capsule to identify my generation, I would include an iPhone, a newspaper, and photos.

Historically, time capsules are a cache of goods and information usually used as a method of communication with future people. Time capsules are also placed by people with the intention that they will be opened later at a future date. This represents Benedick’s character as he buried his feelings for Beatrice, but as the play continues they later resurface when Leonato, Don Pedro and Claudio trick him into believing Beatrice loves him. Traditionally a time capsule is buried and not opened for a long period, just like how Benedick deceives himself, hiding his true love for
In this assignment, I am a cultural anthropologist searching for a hidden time capsule from both the Renaissance Age and the Age of Baroque. In each capsule it is rumored that there are at least two examples of each of the following items locked inside: Art, Music, Descriptions of drawings or architecture, Philosophy, and Literature. The period after the Middle Ages is known as the Renaissance in Europe. This era ushered in a sense of cultural renewal with a focus on classical learning and values of ancient Greece and Rome. During the time of the Renaissance, politics were relatively stable and there was a sense of expanding prosperity. Because of this, the development of new technologies such as printing presses, a new system of astronomy and an influx of newly discovered lands. Additionally, philosophy, literature, and art were also becoming synonymous with the Renaissance era. The style of painting, sculpture and decorative arts identified with the Renaissance emerged in Italy in the late 14th century; it reached its zenith in the late 15th and early 16th centuries, in the work of Italian masters such as Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo and Raphael (History, 2010). Renaissance art had a definitive theme. It was
“What do you want to be when you grow up?” As a child, the answer to that question seemed limitless. However, as a senior in high school, the answer is almost too obvious. The true question is: “How are you progressing towards obtaining your dreams?” Where am I going to live and how much will I spend on groceries? The aforementioned expenses will all be assessed, in order for me to reach my monthly budget and goals. How much will I spend on transportation or the internet? Will I retain my current cell phone plan or splurge myself? The Into the World Project has brought to light all of the financial challenges that I will face when I compose my mark on the world. Childish expectations of a foolproof world are left behind as I face the cruel reality that is life; and I have a vast deal to accomplish before I can be successful.
Time flies it have been 5 Months since I graduated from OETI as an Armour Technician...
The Universal Time-Lapse Capsule, or TLC, is a hand-held device shaped like a huge pill with a dial in the middle for you to decide which time period you would like to travel to. It is still a very new device that can malfunction at any given time. The Victorian Age is a time period that anyone from the modern time period would boldly stand out in. People talk, dress, socialize, and entertain themselves in very different manners. This guide was created to help you survive through this time era if something were to ever go wrong with your TLC.
Imagine an item that can bring the past into the future? Yes, that's right, this year, our grade 8 class is going to make a time capsule! A time capsule is an item where a historic cache of goods are sealed in a box to be opened in the future giving great help to future historians and archeologists. We are going to add three items to our time capsule, a journal entry from each student, a class yearbook, and an iPhone. These items are what the future will be missing.
The value in a character’s emotion is shown in the ignorance of time travel. For example, a character that travels to the medieval age may be scared because he does not know what happens during this period.
