PROBLEM AND REVIEW OF LI TERATURE
Introduction

The continuous learning of students through the help of books, professors and even internet is a mere fact which shows that knowledge still flourish in our humanity. Thus, different students have different views and ways of understanding such transmitted information and studies. Life as a student is said to be fun yet also stressful. Requirements, research works, reports and examinations abound student’s life especially during college verve.

Some courses and majors are chosen only to please others but with no relationship to the students’ true interests. Second is inadequate time management, because many students work at a part time job or engaged on some time consuming extracurricular activities, there us a demand if academic assignment which require students to have a time management skills. Unfortunately not many students have any formal training in this area. Study skills where it is known that large proportion of students entering in college have not had much in the way of useful instruction or assistance with specific study methods. Social distractions like love and friendship are the most important thing in the lives of a college student. For which they find difficulties in the needed balance between socializing and studying. Another is learning disabilities like the disorders which are currently understood to be primarily neurological in origin that are frequently undiagnosed and treated which can be academically devastating. Substance abuse, it is known that the college years are those where alcoholism and other forms of substance abuse begin and become serious problems. Some of these students are actually treating themselves chemically for a psychological problem that they may or may not be aware of. Lastly, the psychological issues, many of the college students are struggling with many demands of college life while also dealing with major emotional issues such as loss, depression,
