Communication
Communication is extremely important; if you are not communicating you are not managing. Communication comes in many different methods:
Presentations
Group work
Management
Leadership
This is basically explaining people your needs, wants and expectations
Sometimes in communication there are difficulties that arise within situations of communicating.
This is labelled as poor communication. Within this it results in:
1. Inefficiency
Poor communication whether written or oral can obstruct the flow and efficiency of a specific task. Some examples of this is, vague email messages that require clarification, documents that need correcting due to errors, uninformed presentations and speeches can greatly affect the flow of the work process within higher education. Effective communication skills are necessary in order to complete any form of assessment, project are presentation large or small. The lecturers within the different departments in universities team up to complete module criteria. Without implementing clear communication practices the research and study of this criteria/project would be slow and in efficient to complete.
2. Poor morale
Communication skills impact the motivation of students. A highly communicative union between lecturers and students promote productivity, creativity and inspiration in a selected field of topic. If communication skills are poor students lack
