Activity One
1) Your teacher will hand out a large card containing half a word to you.
2) Hang it around your neck with the printed side facing you.
3) You are not to show the word to your friends but to sound it out. For example, you get ‘cher’ so you say the sound ‘cher’ from the word ‘teacher’.
4) Walk around the class making the sound of the card you received and find the other half of the word.
5) When you have found your partner, turn the cards over and join ‘the other half’ to form the word.
Activity Two - Who’s the student?
1) Write your name on a small piece of paper and give it to your teacher.
2) Teacher will divide the class into 2 groups. Get into your group and sit facing the other group.
3) Group A will start by picking a name randomly from the envelope. Group B has to guess the name on the paper by asking ‘Yes/No’ and “Wh” questions.

4) Each group can only ask 5 questions, and no further information can be given.
5) Members of each group should take turns in asking the questions and each person can only ask once for each round.
6) If a member of group B phrases a question which is grammatically not correct, then the group loses its turn and Group A takes a name and gets to ask 5 questions before giving an answer.
7) You are not to ask questions such as “Is he ‘ Name’?” or “What’s her name?” because it spoils the game
8) Remember to use the right intonation when asking questions.

I was checking my grades and noticed you graded Activity Three 10/30 because it was “missing Managing CSS and Working With Images.” But on the Activity Three assignment page it only mentions having to turn turning in the 9: Working With Tables files. It did not mention having to turn in any of the others. Is there any way this grade could be adjusted? Would re-submission be an option?
