Introduction

In the new marketing world competition on price and quality of products and services, attention of business organizations is shifting from standardization to custization of their service and product. One of the main challenges of hotels is the develpoe of cost information for proper pricing. Activity Base Costing is a system that determines the cost of activities without distortion and provides management with relevant and timely information.
