A vehicle, a 2006 Acura TL, is in a location where storage charges are being accrued daily. According to the State of Maine, Samantha Trembley is the owner. It has been brought to our at-tention that the ownership may have been transferred to you. We inspected the vehicle on 12/14/15. On 12/14/15, we advised Samantha Trembly, verbally and in writing, to move the vehicle to a location where no storage fee will be charged. Please be advised that we will not be responsible for storage charges incurred after 12/15/15. The owner of the Acura will be responsible for any additional charges. On September 11, 2017 I (Probationary Police Officer James Harris III, DSN 0513) manning vehicle 1422 received a call for a “Larceny from a building prior” at 315 Chestnut Street (Hyatt Regency Hotel); however, I was advised to contact the victim via phone. T.L.O. was a high school student at Piscataway in Middlesex County. She was caught smoking in the lavatory by a teacher, and was taken to the Assistant Vice Principal Theodore Choplick who searched her purse after he suspected cigarettes. Mr. Choplick discovered cigarettes, small amount of marijuana, and a list that contained students’ names who are owning her money. T.L.O was charged with possession of marijuana. Before the trial, T.L.O. moved to suppress the evidence found during the search, but the court denied her motion. The juvenile and domestic relations court of New Jersey found her guilty and sentenced her to one-year probation. On appeal, the Superior court of New Jersey, Appellate Division affirmed the denial of motion to suppress

On 3-26-2017 at about 0805 hrs I was west bound on E Main St at about Auburn Way when I noticed a black Acura pass me east bound on E Main St. At the time, the vehicle had no front plate and it appeared that it was occupied by several males.
