Adefemi started the meeting and presented the potential topics for the Preliminary Finding Report # 4 (Prelim # 4). Adefemi said that Prelim # 4 will discuss topics related Facility cost which includes additional rent for central park instructional site. Other topics will include allocation of reported expenses to program 9164, 83 Maiden Lane depreciation and physician expenses reported on the CFR. Aida asked if AHRC have more information about the additional rent for the central park instructional site. Adefmi explained that additional rent is based on 9.54 % of the operating expenses of the property-owner. Amy said accounting department did their due diligence and JGB refused to provide additional support. Adefemi requested to provide the correspondence between JGP and AHRC accounting department regarding requesting support for the additional rent. Christina Mucciolli asked if audit team can explain about the program 9164 disallowance. Adefemi replied that during the three fiscal years ended June 30, 2015, AHRC officials did not allocate costs of shared administrative and indirect care service staff to its non-SED (Program 9164) daycare service cost-center. He added that audit team will also use 40 years useful life method for the depreciation of 83 Maiden Lane building. Wendy said so the information we have provided you regarding the useful life of the building is not enough. Adefemi replied, no, the provided information is not enough. Aida said that audit team needs space assignment of the education and agency administration staff reported on the CFRs. Adefemi said that spaces are allocated between agency administration and others, but AHRC did not provide any support or allocation
