Job Title: Secretary (CLERICAL)
Department: Administrative Department
Reports To: Administrative Assistant
Summary:
• Execute secretarial duties
• Conduct Data Entry
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Type documents/correspondences such as emails, memos, reports
• Update and maintain databases with contact information for all employees, private organizations and Government Agencies
• Copy dictation
• Answer telephones, forward calls and take messages
• Schedule appointments
• Create an organized filing system and actively file all records of employees, clients, suppliers etc.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks if required
• Provide administrative support in completing reports, correspondences.
Supervisory Skills:

Education:
- First Degree in Business Administration and any other related discipline

Summary:
• Executing Clerical Duties
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Filing documents/records and retrieving upon request
• Receiving incoming mails/correspondences and dispatching mails/correspondences to the various departments
• Scanning and photocopying documents/records
• Shredding of highly sensitive documents/cards
• Conduct basic maintenance of office equipment

Education:
• Five (5) CXC/GCE O’Level

• Operating knowledge of printers, copiers, fax machines, shredders, labeling machines
