WEARABLE COMPUTING
1) INTRODUCTION: -
The internet has been around for wow! but it spends mostly of product of people. so all the data, images, recording, books, videos etc. all are created by people, for people, and about people. The internet is most important and transformative technology ever invented. the internet is like digital fabric which is involve in life of everyone in one way or another. The internet of people changes the world.
The new internet is not just about connecting people; it’s about connecting things so its name the internet of things. Things can start to share their experience with other things.
How does its works?
It works like you take thing and you add the ability sense and communicate, touch

A wearable computer, like any other computer, requires a Central Processing unit (CPU) as well as peripheral devices and a monitor that enable the computer to gasp the input of data. These components are hefty and difficult to wear so it causes enormous amount of problem to the user. The computer can also be quite heavy if all these components are built into the wearable computer.
3. Discomfort: Wearable computers tend to irritate the user at the time of hot and humid weather conditions as these wearable components emit heat despite the cooling technology inbuilt in them. It also results in health hazards such as headache and dizziness.
4. Security: If left unattended, wearable technology can cause several security issues as it can be hacked easily. Wearable computers are connected to the company's server to enable easy flow of communication between people out in the field and their counterparts in the office. However, if not tackled carefully, then the outer source can use this information to either steal company or personal secrets.

Even more, WeMo also works with IFTTT, so you could do much more amazing stuff with Belkin’s Internet of Things devices
5) Some Application.
Wearable computing means computing devices which we can take with us, which we can wear on through whether it’s a watch, ring, glasses etc. etc. before we all know that computers are of big masses as big as room but invention keep going and going and know in this decade we have laptops, iPad, desktops, all there have make our life easier because we can take them with anywhere we want. And these computers are much more powerful and efficient to use and they don’t need for space.
• Wearable computing is not new in this era its old but concepts are refined, logical work is change within decades.
• Wearable computing is change like before we have nokia 1100 cell phones they have less functions that we can only call and send messages and we don’t be able to use internet but era changes and smartphones take place.
• Wearable computing taken place in wrist watches, glasses etc.
Some applications of wearables computing are:
Unfortunately, the accuracy of the data displayed by the wearable is highly expected. It becomes evident either by comparing the data presented by different devices for the same activity, or by comparing some smart trackers with regular pedometers. Smart Fitness Bracelets are not accurate enough to keep unintentional movements, excessive gestures, or arms in their pockets.
Today, consumers can buy wristbands that count steps and track sleep, athletic shoes that monitor fitness, watches that double as phones, and smart glasses that function as a computer or GPS. Fitbits and apple watches are two of the most popular wearable technology in 2016 (according to www.cnet.com).
Even thought it’s the best wearable technology, it has some harmful effects too. All of the wireless devices produces EMF radiation to be able to transfer data which is very dangerous
This research proposal explores scholarly journals, internet articles, and my personal thoughts and ideas on the smartwatch, fitness band, and wearable market segment. I am proposing to obtain research on whether or not the Microsoft Band among other smart wrist wearables are currently and, if so, will continue to be desirable technological advancements in the market.
This technological advancement facilitates the potential use of a \ac{WHTD} as a solution to relieve the burden on the health care system. The \ac{WHTD} refers to the devices which are capable of monitoring the physiological signs (e.g., heart activity, \ac{ECG}, \ac{EMG}, blood pressure, body temperature, oxygen saturation, etc.) of the human body and its surrounding environment (e.g., light, humidity, temperature, etc.) using a number of sensors located on or/and in the human body using \ac{BAN} \cite{movassaghi2014wireless,bangash2014survey,jovanov2011body}. This has been employed in various applications, such as military and sports training, \ac{HCI}, entertainment (interactive gaming), home and office automation, environmental monitoring, and \ac{VR}. It has also shown a tremendous potential as a personal healthcare system, which can provide services such as remote patient and elderly people monitoring, activity monitoring, rehabilitation, and disability assistance services as these devices can monitor health status seamlessly in real-time without disturbing users daily life. Consequently, major \ac{ICT} companies are introducing various wearable devices and services with Personalised Health Data management systems. Apple iWatch with HealthKit, Samsung Galaxy fit and Samsung Digital Health, and Google Fit are some of the
As time advances, newer forms of wearable technology are released every year. The Apple Watch and the Fitbit are just some of the instances of this technology, which was once considered the object of science fiction. What if there was a watch that helped doctors take care of and support their patients?
The Apple Watch is merely the latest piece of tech to make its way from the comic page to the real world.
"We think about wearables being super technology oriented, and all about being worn on the wrist," Denise Gershbein, Executive Creative Director at design firm Frog, says. "But I think it's up to all of us to look at analog versions and digital versions.
Fitbit is a company specializing in the sales of wearable fitness-tracking devices worldwide. Eric and James, founders of Fitbit, recognized the potentials that wireless technology and sensors could bring to the market by incorporating it into health and fitness products. Thus, they started Fitbit in 2007 and started to create a wearable product that could do so. The company has created products such as Flex, Charge HR and Aria which are wearable devices to track the user's fitness activities such as distance travelled, steps taken, calories burned to encourage them to be more active in their lives. Furthermore, Fitbit has an open platform that enables users to connect their fitness devices to softwares and services. Fitbit primarily operates in the US,
Wearable computing is a technology device that can be worn on the human body and often includes devices that can collect information and may even have motion detectors. Wi-Fi or Bluetooth tethering is used to connect the device with an internet connection. Evolving examples of wearable technology include smart watches, clothing and jewellery, sports watches, fitness trackers, head-mounted displays and devices that can be implanted in the body.
Despite the preceding comparison, in general, whether we consider portable or wearable, there is a necessity to integrate these devices into an electronic medical record “EHR” in order to allow them to reach their full potentiality. Although portable devices may offer the option of connecting to a network through cable, both system will have to probably rely heavily on wireless network connection in order to transfer their precious data. According to Thomas Haak et al in their comparison of a wearable flash-sensing glucose monitoring technology with a conventional portable method, there is no difference in the outcomes of the two methods, thus opening the way to consider wearable monitoring as a feasible alternating to portable self
Wearable computers are one of the greatest innovation of science. Wearable computers are also called body-borne computers. It can be fitted on wrist, eyes or under the clothes. Its aim is to measure the human movements. When wearable computer attached to human body it records the experience faced by a human. Wearable computer 's main features are consistency and ability to multi task. It starts in 1800s, timepiece the first wearable was made by watchmaker Breguet for the Queen of Naples in 1810. As time goes the quality of wearable computer increased. There are four main segments of wearable technology :
Operating systems (OS) for wearable, In contrast, develop much slowly. They are often feature rebuit, watch-friendly user interfaces (UI) while revisiting most of the core components from hand-held compatibility and engineering ease. There was neither a set of guidelines for wearable OS design nor a clear understanding of how such a design choice impacts wearable efficiency [5] [6] [7].
Firstly Rawassizadeh et al. (2014) the paper discusses the benefits involving the use of smart watches and also its consequences. The report states that “smart watches have two substantial advantages over other devices: their mount location and (probably more important) the continual connection to the skin” (Rawassizadeh et al, p. 46 2014) enabling individuals to answer calls or even read email without touching their phones as most of these intelligent watches will have identical features to a smart phone. The authors also bring up that smart watches are key importance to the evolution of health an abbreviation of mobile health which means using smart devices to improve the public health (Tomlinson et al., 2013). According to Rawassizadeh et al. (2014) some of the initiatives in the branch of smart technology have already presented an application such as Google fit which as health application able to track fitness activities. In addition watches are put along the wrist and this placement is extremely important to the evolution of
The wearable computing technology consists of clothing and accessories incorporating computer and advanced electronic technologies. Activity tracker, Smartwatch and Smartglasses are few example of wearable technology. We can see from the representation below that the market holds a very good platform for these products. It is a growing industry with respect to increase in all wearable products and particularly it is projected that the sales in the Smartwatch industry will grow by 400% in just 5 years (Refer Image 1).
