 EUICC stands for Embedded Universal Integrated Circuit Card is a feature concept which is used to manage profiles over the air.  An eUICC SIM card has a Remote Provisioning function and it is designed not to be removed or changed hence being an embedded SIM card.  Through Remote Provisioning , it means the ability to physically change the SIM Profile on the SIM which is deployed without physically changing the SIM itself.  The eUICC is based on UICC technology which means that it is a smart card used in mobile networks and ensures integrity and security of data.  It is a tamper resistant product as it is embedded.  It is able to store multiple communication profiles, one of which is enabled (recognized by the device and used …show more content…
