It is an international company that desires nothing but the best therefore it ensures that there are professionals that get involved in the selection process.  New candidates would bring new ideas contracts and fresh approach to solve problem that are usually bought into the organization with its approach Disadvantages  External recruitment is more expensive and time consuming then inside recruitment.  The candidate’s success can only be determined once he or she has been employed by the organistaion.  There will be many adjustment problems with candidates from outside.  Existing employees might be negative towards the recruited candidates. SELECTION This is a process in which a person who suits a particular job best is chosen from a list of applicants who also applied for the same job or position. MRTT knows about the necessary legislation techniques existing to ensure that the selection process commences fairly without any kind of discrimination emerging unless affirmative action is to be taken. We have to ensure that we also have a team that can create and build high-quality relationships and grow a loyal customer base.  Recruit talented employees. Talented employees in our company implies profitable sales and high business revenue because of their creativity as we only require employees with sewing and printing abilities so those with those abilities need to be given a training. Those talented employees serve as valuable assets to our company.
