Nowadays, video games are the most common hobby not only for teenagers, but also a lot of adults usually spent time playing them. However, playing video games have been a controversial topic for phycologists and scientists about the benefit of them to our brain. Playing video games is a waste of time, and has more disadvantage. Excessive playing can be dangerous in many aspects of our life, like: disorders and health problems, social development, physical activities, aggressive behavior.
First of all, playing excessive videos games can cause different disorders and health issues. Musculoskeletal issues are one of the most frequently results of playing for several hours in the same positions. Musculoskeletal disorders are present when we make the same motions repeatedly repetitive strain, or from repeated exposure to force, vibration, or awkward posture.
