Furthermore, the other benefit is that the customers no need to worry about losing or forgetting to bring the ticket. In addition if the passengers want to change anything, he or she can easily contact the Air Asia via phone or the online which produce very easy and comfortable way for customers.
Disadvantages
One of the worst disadvantages of online reservation system is sometimes technological inefficiency can happens, for example computer crash and some passengers reservation have vanished. Basically, the benefits of paper ticket holder can be crucial, because the Air Asia honor the bond with the documents, so the passengers can board as usually.
In the other hand, the online reservation system makes decrease in human force because customers book flights with the system directly, soon the human force will be replace by the system, basically employee will lose more working opportunity.
Beside that, the online reservation system has some of cyber criminal risks for customers and Air Asia which is hacking by some of bad hackers and they intercept customers’ personal information data and it can be using for another criminal or they attack to the sever, Air Asia also can be losing their important data or money.
