What is low back pain.
Lower back pain can be defined as pain felt in the lower back. If you were to draw a horizontal line that divides the back into two equal parts, the lower back in this regard would be back to start slightly below this line (about 2 cm) and ending at the waist. The pain in this area can be acute, sudden onset and may limit or interfere with daily activity.
