There is a family of minor planets (or asteroids) in the same plane as Jupiter. These are called Trojan asteroids. Scientists have divided these into two groups the “Greeks” and the “Trojans”. The “Greeks” come before Jupiter and the “Trojans” follow Jupiter. I like the second video best, I think its because the music wasn't so loud throughout the whole video. I like that it didn't start out with music and slowly got into. The music in the first video was loud in the beginning and stayed that way throughout the whole video. I like the pictures in both videos they where both scientific and focused on earth. Since the video is honoring the Astronomer Care Sagan, I think that they were both appropriate. I learned that music makes a big difference and its important to coordinate it with the pictures and the speech, it needs to have the right tone.

The first video was all about Luther Cressman and his life achievements as an archeologist. Cressman was born in 1897, in rural Pennsylvania, where his family taught him to value education and to always have integrity. He graduated college in 1918, and then went on to join the military, although he was never called out. When he got out of the military he went to Graduate school at Columbia, where he met his first wife Margaret Mead. Mead went on to become a very successful anthropologist. They divorced in 1925; Cressman left ministry to become a college professor. He remarried to Celia Lock and had a baby girl.
