America, a home for everyone: A new life and a fresh start with abundant opportunities. Living in the United States is to be a part of a great nation that celebrates the good while acknowledging its mistakes. People may no longer think that America is the best or greatest country in the world, but to an American we will always see it as the greatest country because it is home, a home that is shared by many from different backgrounds, different stories, and different cultures. The U.S. is our home, it's where we are educated for a better future, we celebrate the good and acknowledge the bad, and we take care of it and we fix it when it is falling apart. America. It's our home. It's where we live our lives. It's where we spend the first 18 years of our life going nine months of the year to school, where we are given a free public education. It's where we go to learn fundamental skills that you will use throughout your life. It's where you go to college to get a degree to help you get and keep a job. It's where you go to trade schools to teach you how to do something that you enjoy and want to make a career out of.
