There are lots of cultural differences which I can think about. But the most important which I would like to discuss is about Equality: Americans believe in the principle that "all [people] are created equal" and has the same rights. They have a deep faith that all people are of equal value, and no one is born superior to anyone else. People have equal opportunities; people are important as individuals, for who they are, not from which family they come. They say "One man, one vote," which conveys the idea that any person's opinion is as valid and worthy of attention as any other person's opinion.
