Casablanca is a movie that was made to get more Americans involved in the war. It has many aspects that can draw the viewer to enlist. It also has the romantic qualities that made women want to watch it while the men watched for the plot of the war. It also has culture components that draw in people by the hundreds. The music was a new breakthrough for the industry. It brought many viewers around the country and made many viewers feel that America was portrayed in a good way. It is a good propaganda movie because it never shows anything bad that we did. We are pictured as innocent and good. You cannot take your eyes off the screen while watching it. It brings in certain aspects that some movies just do not have. It makes you feel like you needed to be in the war at the very moment. It had a plot that not many people can forget. This movie is truly a classic war movie. Casablanca promotes American involvement in World War II. It shows that Americans need to step up in the war effort. Rick represents America as a whole and his actions can be related to our actions we took involving the war. For example, the way Rick would act to other people is how we as a nation would act. This movie is considered propaganda because it tries to convince Americans to join the war. It talks about all the accomplishments Rick made and it will make other Americans want to accomplish things like that. It goes into details about how Americans are pesky and underrated which made many Americans
