America has gifted my generation many gifts, including freedom, free education, and the bravest of them all, the veterans of U.S. America has provided many jobs and opportunities; however many places don’t have the opportunities America does. I’m very proud of what America has become. All over the world, America is known as the land of the free, and this gift and many others make America the land I love. “Those who deny freedom to others deserve it not for themselves,” Abraham Lincoln once said. I agree very much with this statement. America is the land where we can be whatever we want to be, we can speak our minds, we can have any religion we want, and we can assemble peacefully. In many other places if we were to speak our minds we would
America’s gift to my generation is like an infinite book. There’s a beginning where everything started and there is no ending because there is always something new to write in the book. And for every new chapter there is a new beginning and a new gift.
What is America’s gift to our generation? If you ask anyone in America this question, they must ponder about for a long time. Why? Because this question has a different meaning to each one of us. America’s gift may be freedom, or it may mean safety. Although, each of us may have a different answer to this question, we all owe our thanks to the same people and place: America and its veterans. Without our veterans, we would never have such as great place to live and survive in. Without America, we wouldn’t have the freedom, opportunity, and safety that we take for granted. The hardships of America’s past have brought forth a great abundance of these gifts. Our country became a great paradise, people have the key to having a great life. All
America’s Gift to my generation, when I think of that statement I think about how grateful I am to live in this amazing country. This country has so many images red, white and blue. From the skyline of New York City to the hills of tennessee the traditions in Chicago. The pride in Los Angeles. Cross Country to Washington D.C to the National Archives building. The building of tradition, pride, joy and most of all freedom. America’s Gift to my generation we take for granted all the opportunities we have.
America’s gift to my generation is not just a physical gift, but a mental gift. The physical gift is the safer place to live and grow. This mental gift that America gave to my generation is a deep feeling that you can go around and be who you are, dress in what you want, say what you want, and basically do what you want without being restricted to doing one thing each and every day. America’s gift to my generation is the ability to grow, learn, and live life the way you want to without a limit. If you look at America compared to other countries it’s like a whole family, and America is the one that all the other siblings go to for help or a safe place. America might not always be safe but we can always count on all our amazing, brave souls
When you join the army you make the biggest, most courageous sacrifice ever. Most people don’t know what it’s like to be in the army, and will probably never find out. As Oliver Holmes once said, “One Flag, One Land, One Heart, One Hand, One Nation”. As a veteran you're truly are a patriot. Freedom, Sacrifice, Veterans Day that's America's gift to my generation.
America, It’s what some call the Jewel of the world. The land of the free and the home of the brave, but Sometimes, as humans, we forget the sacrifice that was made to make it this way. Think about how our founding fathers that came together to free the colonies from The English forces. Think of the Men and women that fight this very day, this very hour, to keep this country free, protected, and growing.
America's Gift to My Generation Freedom is great and without veterans or anyone that served in the army or us American’s won’t have our freedom or of gave anyone freedom. There’s a lot of reason people came to America and some of the reasons will be in this essay. So if you want to know the reasons keep on reading.
What is America’s gift to my generation? Is it an electronic? Is it a new fidget spinner that lights up? Is it a new restaurant? No, not to me, America’s gift to my generation is the freedom of speech. It is to follow and worship different religions, say what you want to say, be who you want to be. That right cannot be taken from you because, it is the first Amendment and even back in 1791 congress knew that it was an important right. America’s gift is like a car, brand new, shiny gleaming, and takes you where you want to go.
I have always wondered how the people serving for our country feel. The military is a very stressful commitment, not only for those who serve, but also for their family and friends. The people in the armed forces never know what could happen next. Therefore, we as a nation need to take the time given and show appreciation towards our army. Our military has given my generation the gift of protection, freedom, and becoming one country.
America's gift to our generation is freedom, religion, and beliefs in our country. The freedom we have today wouldn’t be possible if it weren’t for our soldiers in the military over the years. I appreciate what I have today very much and will continue to appreciate what I have as long as I live.
When I see a skyscraper in a city, it reminds me of America; it stands taller than other nations. Like a skyscraper, America was built up from scratch by people who saw potential in its future. Our founding fathers drew the blueprint of America, suggesting that our colonies could unite to form one monumental building. From that blueprint, our Constitution was created which I believe is America’s gift to my generation.
First of all, America is a place where everyone has inalienable rights, rights that cannot be taken away from law or people. These rights include “Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.” Other rights we have are the Bill of Rights, which are the first ten amendments of the Constitution. Some examples are freedom of speech, freedom to bear arms, freedom of religion, and many more. As an American, I recognize these rights and freedoms and am grateful to be in America to have them. I know of many countries that don’t have the same freedoms that we enjoy and we shouldn’t take it for granted. I’m proud to be a citizen of America for the freedoms we’re provided that most other people
If what you loved was taken away from you because of where you lived how would you feel? America’s gifts to my generation is doing what I love and freedom of expression. I feel this way because people sacrifice their life just so I can have freedom to express myself and to do what I love.
America has progressed in many ways over the past years and is still progressing today. America has progressed in its gifts, and have been extremely vital in order to keep our country in place. Though there are many gifts, some important ones include voting rights, public opinions, and the right to bear arms.
There are good gifts there are bad like clothing on Christmas when you wanted something else but it’s not those type of gifts. Now we are talking about the gifts that have been earned through war and tough decisions. The American soldiers that fought for our rights that have allowed us to become the strong country today. All the wars that we have won some lost but we have the strength needed to proceed. The American gifts that we are so thankful to have include technological advances,a strong national government, and the life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness to live and prosper today.
